I was hoping when you took over Balleys the app would be fixed. I HATE that the cast function stops working in the middle of the game every time we watch (not just once in a while). When we try to recast the option is no longer available. Being told to update the app doesn't work- no update available. Being told to make sure our wi-fi is the same for both devices - we were when it was casting a few seconds before (and still are). Absolutely NO fixes are made to the app. FIX IT!

Absolutely horrible app. Cannot start a game from the beginning of if I come in late. Tried to rewind but keep getting a "pausing for commercial break" screen. How long do you have to wait before the replay is available, which is only available for 72 hours? Customer service was plesent,but not very helpful. Gave them my TV model number, deleted and reinstalled the app twice and still is not working correctly. They asked me to try it on another device to see if it works there. Garbage app.....

Since the FanDuel switch, this app has become frustratingly useless. It freezes every commercial break, without fail, even when just watching on my phone - nevermind the fact that casting also now suffers the same fate. The only way to get the stream to work again is to back all the way out to the main page of the app and then reselect whichever game I was trying to launch. I could MAYBE overlook some technical issues for a less expensive subscription, but not for $20 per month.

11/1/2023 REVIEW: Awful experience. Ran into numerous errors trying to sign up for service. The app takes forever to startup. Once loaded, starting a stream is slow. 12/20/2023 UPDATE: Fixed a lot of the issues I previously had a few days later. The app still lacks basic features found on other services like the ability to record and watch later. 10/28/2024 UPDATE: I try to start a stream it tells me to subscribe. I go to the subscribe page but can't becuz I already have a subscription. Awful.🤦

The next time I can watch a game without having to re-enter my information will be the first. Can't connect to my cable subscription even though my account is already connected on several different devices. Won't auto fill account information in app. It's like you guys live to make things as tedious as possible. Update, yall changed your name but not the insanely terrible demand that I log in to both my account and my cable service literally every time I use the app. Good God.

Constantly timing out, can't cast to Chromecast, non stop issues with this app and it has been going on for over a year. EDIT: the app is now FanDuel sports network and it's somehow even worse than Bally sports. Still can't connect to chrome cast. I'm about to cancel and watch the games for free because somehow the illegal streaming sites have a better service. If I could give negative stars I would.

This app is garbage. It buffers almost constantly and crashes many times each game. There is no chance I would pay for this terrible app if I had any other way of watching my NHL team. UPDATE: 10/21/2024 they changed the name to FanDuel Sports Network. The app is still complete garbage. It wouldn't open on my TV, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but now it won't even install. I wish I could rate this negative stars.

This app has had constant problems since I started using it well over a year ago. The Chromecast option on my device currently doesn't work at all and has always had problems connecting and playing whatever I'm trying to watch. Since the switch to fanduel the airplay option is now freezing randomly and will only unfreeze once disconnected from the tv
