Not able to just retake the tests. Need to rewatch the entire outdated video? Most of the videos are referencing 2015 and the changes need to be applied by then 6 years ago. I understand the concepts here but this could be fine tuned so that it's not wasting time creating redundancy. I get a response from developers freaking 3 years later? Absolutely worthless!

For being a very important work related app for safety. This app is full of glitches a very kind you can think of. It is so frustrating watching these videos and then not being able to finish the quiz because of glitches. When this happens you have to rewatch the video again and again and again and again and again and again until you finally get through the quiz without a glitch. A big waste of time. Fix it, this material is very important. fix it!

Glad this app is available for use. It wasn't so user friendly, but I see improvements over the last year. When it works, it keeps me from have to do monthly trainings in the office, but can be done from the convenience of home. I usually don't have a problem unless I don't finish the lesson, then I have to start that lesson over in my next sitting. Thankfully it usually works well on most of my Samsung devices!!

Terrible app. Always freezes at the last question. Have to watch videos multiple times before the quiz will go through. Only freezes if you get all the answers correct. I wasted over an hour on 9 minute video and a 3 minute video. Had to watch the 9 minute video 5 times before it accepted my quiz answers. 4 attempts on the 3 minute video and counting. Get it together.

This app is always messing up. It never works right! I'm forced to use this app from my company to watch videos and the videos are constantly freezing up or never let me get past the first question. I have reinstalled the app several times and it doesn't fix it. What a waste of time to watch outdated videos that I have seen many times.

I've been using this app for a year and have never had it take a clear picture on the first try. Sometimes I have to take 7 or more pictures before it takes a usable shot. It doesn't matter if I have 'auto-frame' turned on or off. I will have it clear in my screen and when I take the shot it will cause the camera on my phone to zoom out quickly and then take the shot causing it to be blurry the MASS-majority of the time. This is ridiculously frustrating. I don't have time for this. Please fix

Simple & intuitive fantastic app! Very useful and easy to use! Line reps are knowledgeable & willing to assist to their fullest extent, quick to reply. This allows me to take care of my necessary training needs. Terminal training on the go, can't beat that.
