I really wish this app/service would integrate with Google Home because it's the biggest detractor from what otherwise is a pretty decent user experience.

I just wanted to add my feedback. you must turn the fan on at the WALL SWITCH and NOT the remote in order to pair the app . After that it is breeze (no pun intended)!❤️ The ceiling fan is the Ohniyou brand. we purchased it from amazon.mx. we love it -it is very high quality, with a lot of customized options. The app is easy and intuitive (after you figure out the wall switch thing).

the reason I give a 3 star is because it's almost impossible to connect the app. I followed all the instructions listed here which didn't work. I figured out that all I had to do was turn on the light and fan from the app and the flick the wall switch off and on and it automatically connected to the phone without me even pressing the Bluetooth button on the app. I was able to do this consistently with an IPhone and a Samsung android phone.

My fan location does not have a switch, and I read the reviews ahead of time to know that pairing can be tricky. It was wired with a cord so we could get all our devices paired before installation. Less than an hour later, it lost connection and won't work at all. Thankfully, the remote still does. When I was able to connect, the app itself is just awkward to use. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Was gonna give it 4 stars without the app working, but them after looking through the app reviews and saw the one where you have to turn it on at the switch/wall then hit the Bluetooth button within 5 seconds instead of trying to pair with it after having it on for a while. So yes, 110% sure that if you pull the app up, flip the fan on, hit the pair button, and the light should dim out and come back on and now be paired to your phone or tablet. Awesome fan/light combo, I plan on buying more!

**READ IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING TO THE APP** I've been using the Remotes but tried off and on for months to connect to the app. After reading through the reviews I realized the instructions were unclear. When it says to press the Bluetooth button in the app within 5 seconds of powering on, it means flipping the light switch on the wall, not the power button on the remote. After realizing this I connected all three of my fans with no problem!!

I just installed 2 ceiling fans with lights. (LUDOMIDE Y1095-WH-ELE). I can't pair just 1 since they are on the same wall switch. They both pair at the same time. Also, I may get used to the app but it is VERY non intuitive (Coming from a Sr Cyber Security Engineer). There needs to be some Q&A and public comments to help deliver an easy to use and intuitive app. Please tell me how I can pair these individually without having to disconnect them one at a time to pair. Thank you.

Works great once you figure out the instructions. Just add the fan entry in the app and physically power it off at the wall switch for 10 seconds, then turn it back on and hit the pair button (which has the Bluetooth symbol on it). The lamp will flash a few times and then you're able to control it. I've got three of the Ludomide LED light fixture / ceiling fan units and this is going to be so helpful.
