I love this app! Having constant access to up-to-date meeting info, announcements, territories, etc. is extremely helpful. In need of improvement: We have a lot of rural territories with little to no internet access. It would be helpful if the app had some offline capability for territory notes or address status and viewing the map. An option to download or print territory info might also be useful.

App is Good! However I observed for the last 3 months that the report are missing you have to inform the brothers again to send their reports it didn't sync to the system. And sometimes when I recieved the fs report most of them have not submitted yet, even though the check box is checked at there end. Also if we can manage the system using the app it will be easy, I dont need to open my computer to update everything. Thank u

Frustrating at times, every month there is a new issue, somehow it gets resolved but then next month will be something else. The desktop version could use some help and I would love to see administrative access into a tablet, any tablet. Everytime I have to Edit something, I have to wait till I get home and log into my PC which is another issue, some brothers own a Mac, so it limits who can access it. You definitely need to be tech savvy to have the patience to deal with it.

The app perfect. Hope a feature can be added whereby ADMIN can have access to some features like receive data, view person's name and pin because you don't have computer with you always. Another thing would be can be accessible online let's say you are using friends computer.

It's buggy. It keeps dropping my hours after I enter the newest month. Last service year it dropped 2 months and messed up my average. It also randomly omits the AP. I do let the Brothers know, but it keeps happening and it's kind of disappointing. Well, I do keep my own records in a book and at least Jehovah knows what I've done.

Thank you to the team of brothers and sisters that have created this app and keep it running. (Especially being so busy already, all being pioneers and elders.) I have experienced no issues so far and any questions I had/have can be answered by my congregation's brothers, the FAQ page, or the official site for the app. My only suggestion would be for a dark mode.

This app allows me to be aware of everything that's going on in my congregation even when I attend via Zoom and therefore can't see the notices on the bulletin or if I I didn't hear a certain announcement. In fact, it makes it so easy in comparison because everything is compiled in one place - this app. Plus, this app makes it easier to remember to put my field service time in each month. I love it.

I love how easy this app makes it for recording ministry activity. It has everything I need in one app! Jah has blessed us with such an easy tool at our disposal. The only one thing I wish was that they had a legend of what the colors and what the icons meant. It took me forever to figure out what some of them meant. For those of us who aren't very tech savvy, it would be a great addition
