It doesn't work properly. When trying to see the actual data in the app it will not refresh at first. You always have to force close the app and then launch again. Disappointing.

After the latest update the app doesn't start anymore if it was started before. If have to 'force kill' it and restart. Fix it, it's winter !!!

Since the last update the initial loading of the app takes FOREVER! I tried clearing cache/data but no luck, it just became SLOW. Pls fix ASAP (Samsung S23U)

The pairing process is slow and poorly thputout. It doesn't label all devices when first discovered only the first 7 or 8. The process of programming and allocation switches to rooms is ridiculous with you having to go in and out of different areas. However once setup,it seems to work well.

Why does my thermostat work with this app only and not with the Netatmo Energy app?? It all seems to be dependent on the color of the led on the device. This app works, but only let you do the bare minimum. There is no synchronisation with Google home or other, no export of the historical data, no web access. It feels like I have a limited version of the real product without anything showing it when I bought it...great!
