Update to previous review: The D6 help center was very helpful, and all my issues were resolved quickly. The app is running smooth and is a helpful tool for parents wrt important information. OLD: The app is great, but there are still too many bugs. For example, every month or 2, Im unable to access the app. As if I was disconnected or removed.

What a horrible experience, just trying to register on the app. If you are signed up with the WASPA DNC (do not contact) list, to receive less SMS spam, you will be unable to receive SMSs from d6 Connect. This will make it near impossible to sign up on the app. d6 Connect support just doesn't understand how to fix this issue with their SMS provider. If that was not enough, the app is plastered with ads all over the place that I am not interested in. Unfortunate schools use this app.

I'm experiencing a lot op problems with the new update. I can't load an absentee notice - it will not go through. Yesterday I tried to make a payment - the page was just hanging (wheel turning). Very inconvenient

I downlaoded the app again seeing that the one I had previosly did not have the new features. After downloading the app again it still does not have the new features. It looks the same as always. Now i cannot even find my children's profiles.

Awesome improvement. Easily able to find things under categories that make sense. Support has always been almost immediate when I've had a problem and it remains so.

This app is a real lifesaver at times, since everything gets stored . If you have wifi, you can connect. No issues.

I'm Getting used of the App unlike before when it was introduced 2 us I had 2 struggle there and there,it's only now I've realized that this app is very Good and has all the information and more features that we are looking for,I'm nor longer struggling but feeling @ ease about it Everything is here 🤗 that concerns my kids performance @ school it's easy to get it and know About their progress I'm happy I must say Hopefully I will not face any challenges going forward Thank you 😊🙏
