This app started out great. My grandson loved it and I bought into it. After having paid for everything you could possibly add on, it started freezing. Now, we can only get to the Mattel logo and nothing happens, even after waiting 1/2 hour or more! Not sure I can let this take up space on my device, but if I uninstall, it is like throwing away the money I had invested. Can't recommend because of this!

We purchased this app for our son. Not once but twice, due to getting us a new tablet and we couldn't find the original purchase we made. Now we have gifted him a tablet and wanted to restore the game on his. Oh look you cannot do that but you can purchase it again for a third time(I don't think so). I have connected Mattel with the email/connect details given previously from the help agents but to be told we either don't support that or contact the help team in the UK.. Absolutely incompetent.

Great game, my 3 year old loves it! My only complaint is that we have purchased the full game and it has hindered our enjoyment of the new 75th anniversary content. Instead of winning coins to unlock the new content we have just been given them straight away. Kind of makes it less exciting for him.

I downloaded this game for good play gameplay but what I downloaded it it made me have to wait for 8 hours just with this loading screen and what happened was when I quit off I thought it was going to download on its own but it started all over again and then it turned off automatically and then started over again every time there was an error it started over again and it was just ridiculous God damn it I hate this game

Gameplay is interrupted about every 30 seconds to a purchase screen. Having your child run up to you to close the purchase screen every time it pops open gets old really fast. Fun and engaging, excruciatingly frustrating as well.

It's so boring, and everything is behind a paywall. Plus it steals ideas from the other 3 games, you build levels just like thomas minis, you race like in go go thomas, and you have mission like in magic tracks.

I hate this game. Just blah blah only recommend for kiddos not good so small mb but not good. This version of Thomas need not needed. The Thomas way far good . Budge try not make this kind of games. Please stop I don't want to play this game. kindly improve your game statistics and features. My request is to please don't play this game anyone just waste of time. Other than this we have so many underrated games . We should recommend that. Budge is good but this type of game does not suit budge .

Got alot of bugs. The race with Yong Bao is very glitchy and you can't move on from there. Love the Thomas games, sucks that this one is so bad. Looking at all the responses, the developers obviously know the problems but refuse to do anything about it.
