I like this app because it feels like I can still get something out of the scratcher games I bought but lost at. I really enjoy playing the games in the lucky lounge, however it seems like 1 out of every 5 times I try to play one and bid 50 tokens, the app crashes while the game is loading so I lose those points and can't get them back. I've done everything I can to make sure this works smoothly, made sure it's up to date, make room in my storage, cleared cache on everything and still happens

This app is incredibly frustrating now! It used to work great, but some recent upgrade now causes it to tell me that the ticket checking system is down on a daily basis. Sometimes logging out and back in will help, other times not. And the "Remember Me" check box is pointless since I have to re-login practically every time I want to check a ticket.

In general, I like the app. I'm happy to not have to go to a retailer to see if a ticket is a winner. I love the little extra games too. The reason for my four star review instead of five is that for the draw tickets, once I scan it to see if it's a winner, I rarely can get it to scan for the Players Club. When I try to manually type this info in, some of the letters repeat which makes it time-consuming and annoying to type in all the information.

The scanning and all that works fine for me. It is annoying to have to scan twice. Seems redundant. The problem is I can't see any of the winners from the past drawings that I know have been posted. I have seen them before, now they have disappeared. It is disheartening when you have 2000 entries in one drawing and like 5000 in another and don't win; yet joe schmo of the bfe, az wins on both drawings back to back. It appears set up or like they are using fake entries to make it look legit.

I've been using this app for at least the last 5 years and it has improved a lot. The only down fall with the most recent updates, compared to the beginning, all you had to do was scan your ticket once and it would check it and add your points in one click, then it updated to where you have to go to another option to scan the same ticket to add or points or check the ticket... now it got worse now you have to scan the ticket and then hit submit to check it. It's frustrating...

I like being able to scan the scratchers and lotto tickets to see if I have won anything because I often miss that I have won. Being able to enter my non winning scratchers in their second chance drawing is cool too. The app is a little buggy sometimes like errors connecting to the online network and freezes. The overall app experience could best be described as a little rough around the edges and somewhat of a learning curve. I would recommend just using the website and save some space.

I open the app. And it immediately migrates and gets stuck on "use your location" screen. I've restarted my Android multiple times Location is turned on. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still migrates to this screen and I can't get out of this screen to use the app. I've used the app many times. Don't know what's wrong with it now. I took a screen shot. But this review doesn't seem to let me upload the screenshot.

I'm not sure what's wrong. I try to scan and most of the time (70%) it won't scan the ticket. And then suddenly after putting ticket aside and coming back it will scan. The promotions page doesn't work. I scan to add a ticket to join a promo like "Million Dollar Giveaway" and nothing happens/get error. Then later it says my ticket was already scanned but I'm not given an entry to the drawing. This app wasted a lot of time. But the parts that did work were nice so I gave it a couple of stars.
