Registration leaves a lot to be desired. There are multiple screens to go through, and if I switched to another app (e.g. my password manager) in the middle of the process, I had to start the whole process over again. In addition, the login credentials are different from the Mercer Marketplace website, including shorter maximum lengths for both user name and password. 3 stars at the moment just because I haven't tried the app and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

I got a new phone Dec 2023. And ever since then, the app will no longer work. "It is not rooted device" shows up every time I open this app. When I try to sign on, it looks like it will work and then just shuts down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't do anything. My bro (a developer) told me "Rooted devices are unlocking the bootloader. It's not something regular users do. I don't know why any app installed off of Google Play would ask for root to work." Someone fix it!

App closes upon login. Doesn't matter how I log in, as soon as my credentials are verified the app closes so I can never get into it.

Broken. This app used to be quite useful. Now I can't even log in. I get a message about device not being "rooted" and then a flashling message box about giving location permissions. Going into system settings and granting the app location permissions makes no difference.

Needs work. I had to call Mercer 7 or 8 times last year. Now I see the same is happening again for the upcoming year. I input information such as start and stop dates for claims. It doesn't capture what I enter. Claims are denied because it's not captured in their system. Reps want to insult by telling me I didn't enter correctly. I've been working IT since the 80s.

For those who having trouble, it doesn't matter if you have a account with them, you have to resign up with the same log in and password. It's silly I know, but it finally worked for me. So "Resign up" on the app. Just copy and paste all your info over.

hard to use and a horrible interface. it functions for the BARE minimum needs. Why bother being an app?! It gets worse every year amd functions pop up only when it feels like it. Trash app and you all should be ashamed.

I have never been able to submit an expense for reimbursement and receive it. There is never a reason for the denial. You have to wait 1-2 days for a call back if you call for assistance. I've waited hours and never had them answer. They only do a call back. The employees are nice but sometimes give incorrect information. One woman told me my HSA had been forfeited and they got to keep it. Definitely not true, however they would have taken it eventually by the monthly fee. Scam company
