Worst UI experience of my life. There is a significant delay in the app's UI. Sometimes it will freeze for 1-2 minutes. Due to lags and freezing, unintentional operations have occurred in the app. Although they are charging a significant amount for every plan, they are not interested in improving the end user's UI experience. They should have spent some time resolving these jitter and bugs.

App is much more terrible with newer updates. Stable broadband or unstable 4G, its always terrible. Unpredictable behaviour. Shortlist may or may not happen. When we view photo from a profile, photo is shown from another profile. While viewing a photo, if back button is pressed, it will go to either different profile or home page. Late notifications.

Most matrimony apps are bad, but this one's the worst! So many bugs and clearly they are not listening. 1.Unresponsive most of the time. 2.Crashing after the first 5 min of use. 3.It gets confused between built-in back button and system back button. 4.Can send chat request only if the other person is online at the same time. 5.If I send interest to a profile it moves automatically to the next profile, like it's a shopping cart or something. Don't know which brilliant mind came up with that idea.

Most horrible app ever. The profiles and information are great but it is so painful to navigate. 1. Entire thing is very slow. 2. After setting search filters and opening first profile it automatically moves to some random profile and all the search criteria resets. 3. Clicking back arrow or button in the phone takes does not takes you to the intended screen. 4. Updated info takes long time to be verified and get reflected. 5. Swiping feature design bad- next pics takes to next profiles often.

Poor experience.Not at all helpful in resolving issues. They don't tell the T &C while they coerce you to renew the membership.When taking up issues, they just ignore. Eager to get our money. App also not customer friendly. There is no 'don't show again option '.Even after sending photo request,it is not showing request sent on the profile. Very bad experience altogether.

app has some bugs, 1. when receiving an interest 2 interest from the same user is shown. 2. It is showing there is still pending requests (count) but in actual there isn't any request. 3. may be due to the above bugs, sometimes when opening app. App automatically try to show the interest received but blank screen is displayed as there is no actual interest request pending. you should thank me for this

Pathetic app experience ever. I wonder how this kind of app still present. This app can not handle the concurrent user traffic. If we select a profile, it takes minimum 30sec or more to get opened. Most probability to miss the selected profile. This app can take us back to 10 years. We have all the latest software, hardware, network requirements, though this app can not survive. I request this app developer to choose an autoscaling cloud based application hosting platform for betterment.

Very bad Experience. They do not mind you after your payment is done. The people are dumbest and don't have minimum skills to convey things. They offer you 10 extra matches and 10 contacts, but are waste. Their interface sometimes fails and returns error . Don't fall for them (Now you can see a regret comment under my review. That's all they can do better.)
