The app worked great. Then they did an overhaul. Looks great. No longer functional. Top page doesn't tell you how much you have in each category. If you go to the shop nothing will display. And calling to check is useless. It keeps telling me I have 78 dollars in OTC benefits. I get 50 a month with no roll over, and when I tried to use them it wouldn't work. And I didn't even get my grocery allowance this month. Really disappointed.

The app is fine, except for the product code scanner: The scanning window is ridiculously small, and half the time, it won't read a code worth a damn! After my benefits posted on DEC 1st, the scanner showed PRODUCT NOT ELIGIBLE for every item I tried it on, even milk, whether at Walmart or Kroger! It was two days before techs repaired it! I'm a senior on a fixed income and couldn't trust the scanner enough to head for the checkout with groceries, using my benefits!

I like how easy it is to order the over the counter meds,etc & it has gotten much better than it used to be BUT I wished they carried more brand name items & more items period for those that cannot get to stores themselves. The grocery items is AWFUL! It used to be that we could order online at some grocery stores but since thats changed I don't use my grocery card like I used to. Kind of a waste to have this benefit again when you're not able to get to stores yourself.

I find the app very helpful when checking my balance and when I'm in a store, trying to figure out what products are covered. The first few times I scanned products, things were very smooth. In August I had some trouble scanning and had to manually type the barcodes, difficult with my older person's eyesight. I also had some trouble removing products from my cart that were no longer in stock. Several days later, I was able to remove them. Since then, I've had no trouble. OverallI think it's good

This app is troublesome. It's a joke. Most of the time, it will not open. Continues to say, " Something went wrong, try again later." STEPS..1 you pick the store... 2 ..you pick the wallet 3.. you scan the item..Then for the next item, you have to go through the whole routine all over again.. It's annoying and so time-consuming

For the first 3 years I was in the program, I could shop online at Walmart. The past few years, to shop online, the prices are ridiculous. Fortunately, I am able to drive to stores to use my card, but for people who can't, they are using up their allowance on extremely high prices. It's bad enough payi g the high prices at the stores. Also, for no reason, the app icon has disappeared 😔.

The app is sufficient in finding out card info such as balances and transaction history. Shopping is ok but extremely limited in the offerings such as different sizes of packaging and comparable items. There are pictures of the items but so far, I've only seen 1 image of each item I've viewed. There's a 360° view feature which would be very useful for obtaining package information such as ingredients and so on, if It worked. The feature is there but absolutely doesn't work. Please fix this. Thx!

Items to buy are not categorized at all, so it's very difficult to keep track of what items you've seen or haven't seen. Navigating the site is difficult. I kept getting knocked off the site, and it happened 5 or 6 times. Then, you have to go through the sign in steps, once again, including a code emailed to you that's part of the sign in steps. Once you go through that, you have to start at the top of the items list all over again. It's a great benefit! The site needs help!
