Not sure how to rate... my company uses Nowsta... I've always liked it and I'm very comfortable with it... icon on my phone was simply Nowsta... as of yesterday morning...icon is now Nowsta Workers... and the look is TOTALLY DIFFERENT when I go into the application. Navigating is no longer easy to me. How my events are shown... data is in different places... this absolutely sucks. I've talked to friends in the company who say no changes on their end. WHAT HAPPENED?????

Okay this is got to be one of the worst apps they need to have their tech department make it so that in the event you have a job and then an emergency pops up you can cancel on the app once you accept a job there is no place and no way to cancel so you just get marked as a no-show which means you're not going to get any work even if there's an emergency that is a bunch of b*******you're screwing it up for gig workers you could at least make it right... Or hire a new technical department

I will describe nowsta with two words..."The Bomb",in my opinion the best controlled work app outside' The others are a few steps behind because of crashing in the middle of a shift and hours are ghosted' don't even consider the rest' pull up to the best and get blessed🤜🤛

Worse app ever. Over 2 yrs and Uninstaller, reinstalled. Still didn't send notifications. Reached out to tech support. No response. Sooooo many other reviews say the same thing, not receiving notifications on Android. My notifications are on from my phone. I have the most up to date version on my phone. They keep saying the app been updated, but reviews from 3/4 years ago shows still don't work!

I am beginning to learn more about this problem Nowsta has with Android devices in not/late getting Notifications for jobs and it appears that the main culprit seems to be a Android feature called 'SNOOZE' which periodically puts the phone on some sort of stand by causing the notifications to come in late. However, even if this IS the issue, it still doesn't explain the notifications that I don't get at all, as opposed to it just, arriving late. Edit: It's called 'DOZE' n not 'SNOOZE.'

The application does not let you know when you have new jobs. I have to keep typing in my email address and password everytime I log in. The application takes ten seconds or more to open on my phone. I keep getting a pop up message to install the update everytime I log in. I click on ok to install the update and the cursors just spins as if it is trying to install the update but the update is not installed. These multiple issues are annoying. The application has too many bugs.

If you have an android phone, then forget about getting any work. I receive the push notification, click on it immediately , and by the time the app opens, either the job simply isn't there or it's already been filled. Everytime. I literally have had less than a dozen successful shifts thru this app since September of this year. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have no fair chance at these shifts! I am a five star bartender and have had to settle for working concessions at the amusement park

Using this app is honestly confusing and tireding, because i have to deal with issues like clicking on a link then trying to accept it ,but then it says that its no longer available. I tried so many times to refresh and uninstall then install to see if it would show me the updates and shifts, but it still doesn't. So, I hope moving forward, that they could at least fix these bugs/glitches and try to update it.
