Love this brand. Good and friendly usage for kids So far, all my 3 kids wore the watch. Some is different version. Good for gifts too. Going to buy 4th watch from them soon. The tracking device and the messaging features are all great. Loved it.

Make a post? Useless feature, might as well save the efforts and focus on the basic features. A simple registration also cant done properly, singpass also failed to redirect to app, have to use password. Lot of steps have no tips, i typed my childname then realized it should be my name after the registration and cant be changed. What a ridiculous experience. Simple thing also cant done properly, i have no faith on this watch.

Useful to communicate and track whereabout of my child when he is in school. He is still young and I do not wish him to have a phone yet at this age.

Just got our 2nd myFirst watch for our boy! Love the functions that allow us to track where our boy is, message him when we need to reach him urgently and set the watch to class mode when he's in school. Best watch for our 8 year old! Service at Suntec by Winnie was excellent. She's knowledgeable and very patient in teaching us the new functions.

App is terribly unreliable and unstable. Ever so often, cannot see location, cannot call, cannot message. Poorly maintained app. Marketed with children's safety in mind, but absolutely fails to deliver.
