It's a great concept, but it's difficult to arrange collections when notifications don't work as expected. It could also do with smarter, time-saving options for sale listings, like specifying the payment methods you're happy to accept. Previously, I had too many intrusive pop-ups when I wanted to quickly upload a listing. There are still too many notifications about grocery collections near me. There is no way to modify notifications on a granular level.

I only get promotional notifications, never the notifications you need, such as letting you know that someone has sent you a message. It used to be a great way of passing on unwanted stuff, but items seemed to be viewed less and the people requesting them are often unreliable. They really need to sort out the notifications.

Fantastic idea. Good to save waste, meet people, get rid of unwanted items, saving landfill. I've found one person only who is quite rude most times although I don't go to her that much anyway.

Fair enough if we are to pay as a supporter for free items.... but an item should disappear straight away once it has been claimed. I end up cancelling when I can only get accepted on 2 of 6 items for instance. Wastes everyones time.

Absolutely love this App, but you need to work on your "Little helper" messenger bot, as it just threatened to suspend my account in the middle of a purchase because I hadn't rated the seller, even though I hadn't received the item and completed the deal yet. I always leave ratings, this seems like an oversensitive bug that needs fixing. Will rectify to 5 stars when sorted out. Thank you.

I collect food to distribute and many times the app freezes and won't upload my adverts. Can you tell me when this glitch will be fixed? I've tried clearing my cache and restarting my phone and it's not my WiFi, thanks.

My experience of the app has been good overall. I would like to see a separate section or a separate app for clothes in the future, because they take up a lot space.

Great, app with a great mission behind it and wonderful community. Unfortunately there is a bug when trying to list food where on taking a photo, the app refreshes back to the main page with everybody's listings and you're unable to list/have to keep attempting multiple times until it finally goes through. Please fix this. Also I don't receive any push notifications, only email.
