App is really user friendly and easy to use. Facial enrolments on the app was a breeze compared to the experiences other estate managers had when they moved over to Facial recognition for access control. Technical support by the team is great and has an exceptionally fast turnaround time once a query is logged. Thank you Quintin, Theo and team for doing a great job! (even with difficult customers!)

Thank you very much Franco Landman for your prompt assistance 😀. My below issue was resolved in less than 24hrs. I am truly grateful. Great customer service 👏 👌 ------ I am unable to use the app. It keeps giving a pop-up i the Worklist tab "we need permission to access storage" while in the Setting tab it says "Hardware not supported: SM-A127F. This is the case for my Samsung A12 and A32. I have difficulty accessing my residential complex.

Requires OTP and after ongoing attempts, none arrived and all approaches to Thier support has thus far resulted in no response . The App does not work for me destroying my ability to enter and leave the estate I am staying in ... No current solution in sight.

Great features, but the implementation could do with some improvements. As the app is refined and polished I could see it getting more user friendly. The GUI could be tweaked for a more modern feel. I'd like to see some intergration with existing smart infrastructure and systems like google assistant and alexa support, that would definitely put the app above the competition.

The is super slow, it also slows down your phone. It takes forever to open you could stand in the gate for minutes. Also why does it only have to work with data, that needs to be changed. It does not make our lives easy but instead it makes them worse.

Not very user friendly. Suspect network inhibits the system. Unable to enter this evening and to exit this morning Since my last communication things seem to have settled down and no problems with entry or exit. Slight hiatus once close to reader but no real problem

The app doesn't work on my phone, when I try to get a code for visitors it won't even let me input any information it just kicks me out. I can't use the app at all, I've Uninstalled 3 times now Over two months later and my app is still not working even after being contacted by a developer who didn't fix my issue.

Security is a big issue. Hence, one has to wait for long before the gate opens. The scanning process is really not convenient. With the level of crime so high in South Africa. I'm really concerned. Now it's even worse and doesn't even deserve a single star. You tag going out, and it opens the boom coming in or just any other boom gate than the one you are exiting or entering from. This system sucks.
