Very annoying, become such a bad app that they need to level up their service. There are really good competitors, yet they still face silly technical problems. I pay my subscription every month, yet sometime the app can't allow you to log in, and they ask to subscribe again . The problem is there is no exit from that or an online support to talk with

I have paid for an annual membership around 4 or 5 months ago, and now not only am I seeing ads, they are unskippable! Even if you were going to want to include ads, I should be entitled to a full year's worth of no ads at the very least. You have likely lost a customer here once this membership is over. Reply to OSN's response: False. The Ads are unskippable. To skip them, It takes me to a page to pay for the higher subscription fee. They used to be skippable at first, but not on the TV.

Update now finally has the ability to cast to chromecast, but it's incredibly difficult to connect and buffers terribly. This was so much smoother before. You also have no option to remove subtitles when casting. I have doubts about how much testing takes place before these updates are released. Such a shame, but still unusable for me.

The application was working fine on TV the first month but now it constantly crashes after every time I try to continue watching anything. Also when I access any content it plays for around 5 minutes and then it starts loading indefinitely. I've also reached out to the support and got no response!! Definitely would not renew the subscription this month, and honestly I don't understand how I pay around 140 EGP for you to show me unskippable ads?? I like the content but the crashing is unbearable

Hi I'm Colin Farrell check out my new.... Sorry but I'm a paying and still see ads? Also, quality is bad and subtitles and brightness settings DO NOT save from episode to episode. And stop promoting the penguin series. Edit: the developer reply does not justify their action in ALWAYS interrupting resuming streaming for an ad/trailer, there ar many different ways of promoting new series (for example: in the main screen).

A temperamental app with an extremely poor mobile user experience. Simple tasks like finding devices to cast to in your home, sometimes work (if you're lucky!) but more often not. When using your mobile, you're not able to skip the intros whilst you can when watching on your laptop. When you resume watching, it will pick a random episode or decide to show thay all episodes have been viewed already! Their app appears to be an afterthought for their Digital team....... assuming they have one.

Good selection but app breaks phone. This review is mainly concerned with the app not the service. Sometimes, and not rarely, this app causes the phone to not be able to play any videos (even on other apps) when you pause then try and unpause again. You can only fix it by restarting the phone.

What frustrated me is: osn plus pushing all people for the new plan of 4K without ads, and they're destroying the experience putting ads every 3 mins of the tv shows, especially the arabic ones, and the resolution is very low telling to get a better resolution pay for the new plan, and it's not even 1080p, it worse than a video in 144p. I hope you can fix it
