Very 3rd calss app, while booking any test, at the end after entering payment option a screen appears to accepts or decline their instrctions, the accept option always disabled and the decline option always activated. After lot of complaints on their help line, they always gave lollypop that we are working on our App 😡. How pathetic services of IDC regarding their App. On their instrctions I have uninstalled and reinstalled App lot of time but invain.

Why even bother having an app if all you do is bounce your customers between branches, only to later say the blood test can't be done because the time has passed? Ridiculous and utterly frustrating!

OTP is never sent, I'm trying for past two days. When clicking on "view reports" it mentions - "we have found an unassociated patient against your account..." but to associate it with your account ,you never get an OTP. So without this verification step you can't view your reports and they don't send an email for the report. How an app can pass QC if you're running a network of diagnostic centers and app is a key point of contact unless you want everyone to visit you ?

Very useful app and free from bugs. You can see everything in the app. Your own tests results along with your family. Also you can book home visits for sample collection. Also you can see the prices of every tests performed by IDC you can book for home visits or prior to visiting their offices. The offices of the IDC are at par with international standards. Very clean and comfortable. Sample collection is also of international standards.

It's a good App but unstable. For example currently Associated Accounts do not appear in the App although I can see them on the website. In fact the top left menu doesn't work now at all from where one can select Associated Accounts.

Their is no option of adding verifying the number by OPT receiving on call. I couldnot get the OPT on my ufone number. Tried 17 Times. Their must me number verification option to receive the code on email addres. Kindly add the number change option in the application for the users who need to switch from one number to another.

App never sends OTP via SMS. Stuck in a loop with support and not able to use my account because I have got "unassociated profiles" that require a SMS OTP. The app does not function for lab reports and other features of you have this issue of unassociated profiles.
