This app is absolute garbage. The worst app I have ever used in my entire life for anything. Worked great for about the first week but I can't upload anything. I have tried up to six different Wi-Fi networks, over mobile data and nothing. I have uploaded files individually, with the main sync on the main screen and it force quits every time or it just gets stuck on "waiting for response" for up to 20 minutes before it force quits on you. I'm not able to do my job. this app sucks!

Be nice to be able to place photos of your work in its own folder. Built on help me would be nice too What about adding to a filter under schedule to be able to filter that days work you have setup. That would be great help with that day route.

1-11-23, latest update resulted in the app being laggy and slow. Apparently there are still issues, after years of problems, with them not fully testing the app update before releasing it to the public. This has been an issue for years and causes us the actual person that uses this app in the field headaches. And this app uses a ton of battery for no known reason

WHEN it functions, it will be fantastic. WAY too many issues, such as dropping the photo app while using it , not staying in an open survey. Time to go back to basics.

Makes work take more than twice as long, which Mueller WILL threaten you with termination for. The safety training states that the company reviews bugs and glitches routinely. That is a lie. This app is glitchy, drops pictures, shuts down, constantly refreshes pages in the middle of working, and despite multiple complaints to tech support from multippe field reps for months now, tech support hasn't done anything to fix.

This is one of the most unreliable applications an employer could have you use. Alot of the complaints filed back in 2013 that you will see in other reviews are still relevant and a problem today in 2024. This application barely works, and when it does it will constantly erase your content resulting in minutes and sometimes hours of your time you will be spending to correct these issues at no cost to Mueller

Missing a lot of basic features that could make using the app and doing work much easier. As well as constantly failing to sync. Reinstalled the app multiple times already with no results.
