I used to love this app. It was perfect and very user friendly. The update made things a little less user friendly but I was getting used to it. Unfortunately, I have no idea what happened but the app has refused to load for the last few days. When I click on the app, all I see is a blank white screen. I've cleared my cache, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's still the same blank white screen. Very disappointing.

Difficult to navigate for Android phones. Most options are unvailable or clunky, providing incorrect information. Too much spacing and unnecessary large fonts and photos. Property option offers and promotions do not load the correct selections. Why do offers locations read as 'MSR Local Group A?' My Favorites is displaying games I've never played before. Promotions displays no matches, but Offers does. Difficulty removing the header after selecting filters. Happy to beta test for you.

I truly hate this app. The web site is so much easier but it never loads. So forced to use the app. Can't get menus to load even with Adobe. easier on website to see offers especially with entertainment. It is not very clear when I go to exclusive offers I just get a white screen. Several others things I click on same thing white page. Not user friendly. I downloaded only because the websites new page won't load at all. Sucks

My experience at Belterra Park Casino has been horrible. They just do not know how to treat their guests. The staff is very rude for the most part. Especially the higher ups. They do not get back to you if you contact them with a problem. Their machines are set to just lose constantly. (have heard this from staff myself) they work with the police (let them drive through the parking lot and garage scanning our vehixles)!!! That's just a little much. They just DO NOT appreciate the guests

This Android app is awful. Not everyone uses an iPhone, so I ask that you please provide the same attention to quality. FYI the filter option is non-responsive, and locks within the page, so the user cannot get out of it. HELP!

Horrible design. Can't see all info, like offers, at one time. Menu is huge. No way to customize. One of the worst apps I've ever used. The holland America app is better and that is saying something. Strong recommend not to install. Go to the website instead. 11.15 STILL a horrible app. If you're disabled, it's even worse. Not at all user friendly. You need a user who knows how to test apps and make this accessible. As a stock holder, I'm appalled at this lack of service.

I am having the same issue of the actual app not allowing me to log in. It keeps saying my account has been locked and to hit the ok to connect with technical support 😒.. then it sits there not doing anything. I can log in if I go to my email and log in throug that. I use to be able to log in with no problem but now it's an inconvenience. Honestly it use to be very easy now it's not. I would have given it a 5 star before not anymore.

Just like most review on here I cannot log in to my account. Have tried to reset my password w zero success. It probably doesn't help that I have 2 different account numbers. Please help! All I want to do is update my info and reset my password. I've tried on multiple devices but have yet to receive a reset email. Not sure wht else I can do. It's an inconvenience to be lured into downloading an app only to find out tht it doesn't even function properly.
