One of the worst commercial apps I have ever had the misfortune of using. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely purchase a different brand of attic fan in order to avoid having to use this app. Fails to connect more than 95% of the time despite good signal strength and being very close to the fan. Tells me I need to pair a fan that I was able to connect to earlier in the same day. Buy a different brand and save yourself the headache.

this fan has been running flawlessly since being installed a few years back. I really like the fact that I can control the fan through my phone or tablet to adjust it from Summer settings to Winter settings and also the ability to set the humidity sensors to come on at a certain point and go off as programmed. the manufacturer carries the great warranty on their fans but based upon the way this one is built, I don't think I'll have to use it.

I have to uninstall and reinstall any time I want to log into my unit. I have tried all the steps with customer care but this is the only thing that works. It shows up on my list to connect to, can click on it and it thinks and does nothing and try again and still nothing. Uninstall it and reinstall, and I can log in to the unit till the next time I want to check it's settings

You say your update you just added is to fix crashing on Samsung devices however I've never had a problem until this update and all it's done is made it So now it won't even open. total failure. "Let's fix this problem that doesn't exist" *Makes non-existent problem into a real problem.... Yall need new management. Your app worked 1 hour ago and I had never had a major problem with it. It literally won't open now and to then go read your note that says you fixed it is just like a huge f u

Idea of the App is great, ability to connect to fans is subpar. If you can see the fan with 5 bars connectivity there is no reason you shouldn't be able to connect to the fan.

Latest update stinks. Won't connect again. Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra. Keeps getting worse. Why would I call you when it took you that long to respond? Just fix the app. Tired of climbing up in my attic to address this mess.

Can't connect to my fans after the last app update. Both my fans are present in the list, but any connect attempt just finished without any message. Even if I stay directly next to my fan. Update. A month later I can easy enough to connect to my fans. To me it looks like increased connection time to an updated app triggers some timeout that breaks the connection even before it is fully set. Increasing the rate with hope the issue will not return after the next update.

For the fan to keep your settings after a power outage or being turned off, you need to sign up for an account. OK, no problem...until you try to sign up for an account. I've been trying to create an account for a week, but I never received the verification code sent to my email. I contacted support, and they say the email service has been up and down all week. Perhaps you should find a new app developer with better email deliverability systems.
