Reach has exemplary customer service! Everyone I have talked to there goes the extra mile, no leaf unturned! Phone service has been excellent. My only disappointment is having to dial *86 and listen to all voicemails to hear the last one. My last carrier placed voicemails on the phone and you could look at them individually and choose which to play. MUCH more streamlined and useful. Overall, excellent service for a reasonable price. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Switching to Reach was an easy change-love their customer service (you always get an immediate response and talk to a real human being) and the ease of checking how much data I've used. Even if I go over my data, I know how much will be charged based on the next plan up which is only about $10. Reach app even sends an alert when I'm getting close to using the data in my plan. Highly recommend this mobile service.

The service doesn't work at my house and doesn't allow me to use wifi for calls. Will be switching soon for this reason. I tried to like it, but it just doesn't work. I get double text messages, missed text messages, the voicemail box is full with only a few saved messages. It's fairly cheap and I do like the charitable nature of the service... I just don't like doing cartwheels to get texts to send...

Reach Mobile is fine, as a reseller of Verizon services. BUT, if you really want to see what kind of provider they are, wait until you try to switch from Reach to another carrier! They make switching almost IMPOSSIBLE! Reach is OK, as long as you are willing to stick with them FOR LIFE. But, unless you are ready to make a LIFELONG commitment to one cell service provider, steer clear of Reach Mobile!

I was using my Google credentials to log into my account. Updated the app and there's no where for me to do that now????

WONDERFUL SERVICE AND APP! We knew exactly which steps we needed to take, all the pitfalls we might run into, and every part of the process was low-stress. My husband's phone was switched from our old service to Reach in 5 minutes because the process is so well written. Give the author a raise! And the 24/7 chat/support team.... I have never had such outstanding service from any phone service or any phone center/technical support/etc. They were patient with every question I had (adding my second line was complicated due to an error on my part - nothing to do with Reach whatsoever). They went above and beyond to help me try every different option we needed to, guided me on how to ask questions to my previous provider, and continuously offered me positive and professional service. The two women I remember speaking with, Cyan and Julienne, were absolutely perfect.

I love Reach! Anyone who uses the Play Store rating system should rate apps based off the apps performance, features, and interface. Giving a one star review due to your device being incompatible means you are a moron. Ratings reflect on the app not your phone, or inability to understand the app. Reviews carry weight with the app devs drive to improve the app as well as people researching the app and service. Only a moron rates an app one star due to their own device and inability.

There are less expensive options, but I'm always able to reach a human in customer service and that is invaluable.
