The Realme Link app is useful for managing devices, with a clean interface and easy navigation. However, it occasionally lags when syncing or loading settings. It connects well with devices but could benefit from more customization options and smoother performance. Very well-made app! I have two earbuds: Realme T100 and recently upgraded to Realme T300. The T300 has ANC but lacks a "Hold both earbuds" option in the button settings. The T100 has this feature for game mode, and adding it to the T300 would allow us to assign ANC mode and free up other buttons for different functions, similar to the T100. This would greatly enhance the user experience. Please consider implementing this. Many T300 users, including myself, would be grateful. Thanks!

It improved after the updates BUT it's still very cranky. eg it keep on turning down the volume and really trying to control the user! Next What's the use of turning the sound on the rear buds to find it! As it's not loud enough! The ringing can only be heard of they're in the ear.. so what's the point? Next it could update suddenly on my Samsung A2 phone!

After the latest update, App fails to update health data from the Watch S2. Periodically, it signs me out and resets every setting I've customized. Pretty bad experience. 2 stars because, well, when it use to work it's quite alright.

Software on the realme watch is terrible especially if you planning on long term use.I couldn't even connect my device so I reset it and want to bind with the qr code but it says something like devices not available so I'm stuck with the language settings.Anyway realme please fix your software.(btw my watch is realme watch 2 pro)

My Parents bought a Xiaomi Band 7 and they have more watch faces, and not only that, the watch face has its own download gallery that gets updated from time to time. Unlike our realme band 2 :( I wish you can give us more watch face designs and update your app. Too bad the developers aren't reading, you guys have more potential but you chose not to give us new updates on watch faces. The watch faces we have right now are so boring now.

I am facing issues connecting my resume neckbands 3 with my laptop(both office and home). It works fine with my phone but connects intermittently with my laptop. the problem is that it gets connected but I can't hear anything from it.

I'm using Realme T310 earbuds since February. there should be option for buds to be off of not being used for some time like 15 minutes etc. and there should be option to 'switch on' buds with Realme link app if it is lost, or dropped in room etc.
