Terrible user experience. Unable to bind card for coupon. Tried multiple cards and multiple devices. Ended up wasting the time at the restaurant trying to fix. Have no reason to try this app again

App doesn't work properly, even in browser mode. We weren't able to avail the promo because every card from different banks are declined or unable to be processed. Caused so much inconvenience.

Quarter star. Detect location does not automatically refresh; merchant actually refused me to use a booky promo saying that they do not have a booky QR when the QR was right in front of us. And worse, there is no customer service representative to connect to to help me.

The application is actually great but we're finding it hard to navigate thru it. Internet connection have been checked, phone have been restarted, clear cache and data but it's still the same. I work for a food delivery service also that's why I understand that there can be mishaps. I hope you'd consider every review here and work on it. We're just sometimes hangry (hungry & angry) lol. But all in all, I like this since I have variety of restaurants and locations we can choose from. Thumbs up for this 👍

I cannot filter the food, glam, etc. It makes everything easier. Also, the signs that a restautant has an offer is nowhere to be found. Having a sign makes it easier. This app used to be my favorites plus the promos that you offer, but now the app makes it even harder to look for establishments that has promos. Bring back the old yet super convenient interface.

Again, the concept is great. I've availed of a few offers using the Booky app. However, I wish they wouldn't claim it works offline if it doesn't. I spent an embarrassingly long amount of the time holding up a queue because the app wouldn't send me a verification SMS despite several attempts. In the end, I never got any verification code.

This is one of my favorite apps for buying foods and snacks. Though the app itself is good and of much use. I hope you can provide easier confirmation after scanning the QR. I have experienced falling in line after scanning and customers lined up at my back, causing delay because of the delayed confirmation text message from your app. I hope to see the solution on your next update. Thank you!

Great app! Me and my wife had so much savings from this app, that when our free trial was over, we opted to avail 1 year subscription. Just a little disappointed to know that the only difference between Booky prime member and free member is the expiry date. Same offer, same limit in offer, no other benefit other than having a full year validity. I was hoping that being a Booky prime member would give us unlimited access to their discounted offers (no 4x a month limit, etc) Still, big thanks!
