Install was hard, couldn't select, had to enter permissions manually with phone settings. 20 minutes later message notification sound and phone rang at the same time, with no actual notifications. I restarted the phone, another 20 minutes went by and it happened again, both sounds at once. Changed the sound on the app, as it was the only thing I installed and sure enough, the malfunction happened again with that ringtone. Removed phone permissions, problem stopped, so did tracker. Returning.

Worked great at first install. Tested it several hours later, won't work unless the app is opened back up. Kind of pointless if you don't know where your phone is or if the keys are missing. The device disconnects and that's why it stops working. Tried a new battery just in case, no improvement. If you bought one, my advise is to return it and get your money back. I've sent an email to the company to see if they have a fix. If the respond and have a fix, I will share it.

Useless unless you want to have the app running 100% of the time. I turned on "quiet time" and "quiet zone" and it STILL made the alarm go off when I went from my bedroom to my driveway. (For clarity I don't live in a large house. Single floor maybe 1000 sq ft. So that is a very short distance.) Also, side note - having them run on batteries is incredibly stupid. If they die you're just screwed I guess.

Unfortunately the device and the app (at this time) are entirely unusable. I can't even speak to how will it works because of a glaring design flaw. As several reviews have mentioned, for serveral phone types (I use Google pixel 2) the "+" button in the app, which is required to pair the device, is completely inaccessible because it is under the home button bar. I'm just leaving another negative review in the hopes that this problem is fixed, but I'm not holding my breath. What a joke.

Seems intentionally bad. It can track location of the device while connected via your phone gps, but won't show the last location it was connected on the map if disconnected (it knows the info, it just doesn't show it). Literally all the app does functionally is to play an alarm (that you can't turn off when it starts) when your Bluetooth connection to the tracker is lost. They could easily make the app better/useful, but they seem to have chosen not to.

Product is operable but still need to test range, accuracy & reliability. A couple of questions/comments. 1. In the Read More section, it states the location information can be changed in the Settings....There is no option to make these desired changes. Lastly, I believe your users could benefit from a Widget to place on their Home Screen if preferred. Please consider for your next update. Thank you & God bless.

Nice concept if it worked. App won't pair with Google Pixel 2XL. I've tried everything. No functions work. If I leave my bluetooth on as it requests, the app crashes and won't reopen. If I turn my Bluetooth off, app will open but request to turn on my bluetooth on. GPS, Wifi features don't work. Camera tab crashes phone. Nothing works, the device is functionless, won't pair correctly. Would be a great concept if it worked. Will change my rating if developer can offer me suggestions or workaround

Wife thought she'd help me when i lose my keys . Tracker can not use the map or pgoto options. It disconnects when separated to far. and the you have to remember to reconnect it. If I could remember things then I wouldn't need it. To many bugs right now. not worth the money.. Plus side if they are right next to each other it works great. I have a Google pixel 2xl and run Android 9.0..after a month it no longer works
