Please allow the customer to log in to their account while waiting so it's easier to integrate loyalty programs, etc. into their shopping experience. It currently takes too much time and confuses the customers when they need to tell me their details

Why you're making complicated when exiting the app design for the intrinsiciy sake. Please change your programming style to make instructions to the users how to your bloatware apps that's unreliable and not useful to me. This old system of Business tacts is very detective on pursuing your dreams to pay services this is not to be mended. Promising lies to the customers. Can one actually use Customer View for tips? (You show that in the images of the app.) When we used it last, about a year ago, tips would not show up on CV. Since our establishment is on the lines of a cafe-cum-retail we accept tips for the staff. It was a confusing mess for the customers because they were faced with two screens. Besides the CV, they had to now also pay attention to the main screen where for the sake of tips we had to turn towards them during the course of the checkout. We had to ultimately drop the CV altogether. Now we turn the screen around and let the customer scroll through the items. It is super clunky and costs us a lot of time. It will be great if the CV can be made interactive during the checkout for the customer.

It is getting better. But, I wish the new features were optional. I need the customer to see his details and totals - but don't want them or my clerk to have to click on anything else to complete the transaction. It slows thing down since we have to click the "complete order" on our side or the customer has to read about how to get a receipt. The extra features are great for those who have the time and want them. All we want is the thing to stay connected and show the checkout details.

Love the idea of the app. Was looking for something like this and you've delivered. Only one problem... It keeps disconnecting at random intervals. What it needs, in the case of disconnecting, is that the original POS app should keep/remember pair handshake with devices, in the same way bluetooth works so that you could just hit a "connect" button and resume whenever a customer comes in. Maybe add more welcome sceen customization, like a slideshow, wallpaper or background colours. But I love it.

We've continuous issues with this app since we installed it on two registers over a year ago. Continuous disconnects, difficulty scanning the barcode to reconnect, the dreaded "disconnected" message that can only be fixed by rebooting the register iPad AND the customer view tablet while we're in the middle of a busy sales day. And now this morning, a new twist: a complete inability to connect. Great concept, extremely poor execution.

What a useless app. I bought a dual-tablet mount for my cash desk, specifically because I thought having the customer facing view meant I wouldn't have to keep turning my main POS tablet around anymore, for customers to select chequing/savings accounts and enter their PIN numbers when using the chip reader. WRONG! What's even the point of a customer facing screen if I still have to turn/give them my tablet to let them enter their details??? Now the extra tablet is just in the way!

Continually disconnects and is VERY difficult to get to reconnect. We contacted Shopify before we invested in a tablet to run this app and they said it worked fine. Checkout at our POS is VERY confusing without a customer view of the transaction. Swinging the IPAD back and forth is not an acceptable option.
