The sign-up screen is completely blank. Attempting to back out of it results in a confirmation pop-up with blank "Yes" and "No" options. Given that I can't use the app without signing up, this is a bit of a problem. And combined with the fact that the desktop website's sign-up also doesn't work, it becomes an even bigger problem. I know programming isn't easy, but a functional UI isn't a high expectation.

This app is garbage. The schedule appointment option does not work but I don't know if that is the fault of the office. The after visit report feature is also lacking but again that could be the fault of the office. Perhaps better support from the office would improve the experience of the patient. Strongly considering looking for a new dental office.

I've had a great experience using Smile Generations. The surgeons, the hygienic and dentists have been great for me. The staff is very professional as well. I plan on sticking to a Smile Generations provider from now on. Thank you for offering a great app to conveniently pay my bills and offering other helpful services in the app. Keep up the good work 👏 👍😁

Made an account on the website and was directed to this app. Made a typo while putting in the password 3 times and the whole account is locked. Go to reset the password and it decides to fully disable the account. The email says to reset the password to unlock it, but that just brings up a pop up that says the account is disabled. Round and round it goes. Whoever designed this apparently forgot that disabling an account means you can't reset the password. Absolutely awful.

MyChart smile generation app is really easy to use and user-friendly. Especially when checking in for appointments. It's user-friendly platform is absolutely What dental offices needed to speed up the check-in process and make it easy for everyone.

Checking in with our doctors office has been so much easier, using the Smile Gen app. There were a few bumps when we first started using it, but now it is so much easier to work with. Definitely saves time when getting to an appt.

App is plagued with problems. Frequently encounter log in errors and server not found. Difficult to navigate and grossly unintuitive. In a word, worthless. I forgot, the app will also delay your appointments by as much as thirty minutes without consulting you.

You can't go to home unless you press the go back button. Also, when you get a message and click on it, you have to click the arrow down to find it instead of displaying it. I can't make appointments and messages are never answered when I sent them. Not user friendly
