Recently my app doesn't work. I bought 1 month's subscription but it doesn't work. When I reinstalled the app, my one month subscription is off. Yet the app refused to function. Some tv stations repeats 20sec audio visual and repeat same over and over. I can't watch any of the tv stations. When I open them, they tell me error in network. Meanwhile I have enough data bundle

My experience so far has been excellent but recently I have noticed that some channels have a bug on them. Each time I choose certain channels, a notice comes up saying an error occurred and that I should try later. I noticed it yesterday and I wish to understand where the problem is coming from and how I can solve it?

Please fix bugs on your streaming app. Secondly, watching football on Sports Premium is not enjoyable as the video keeps on shaking. I have observed this for three matches now. The other thing is that commentary and action do not match. When the commentator shouts it's goal, the action will come after 40 to 50 seconds. This is not good at all. Lastly, I paid not to watch ads but to my surprise, you still bring ads all the time I open your streaming app, channel, and during watching.

I've been experiencing issues with the app since the beginning of this month. Star Life Channel was not working for the 1st week of October. Now, it is doing the same again since it froze on an advert yesterday. It is playing in the background, but I can not see the actual video of the series playing. Please assist.

Good app for streaming live football. It doesn't buffer at all. There is need to include dark theme functionality in the app, and more channels for streaming English Premier League are also needed. The following channels under Sport Plus are not working: 2. Bundesliga, RLCS2024, and BLAST Premier. Please fix these and you will get my 5 stars.

This app works well. However, today, the app is stuck. The series I watch isn't being shown. Only some ads are being shown and it keeps repeating. When it gets to a point, it stops and keeps rolling. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.

I use to love the app,but this new update Is just nonsense,can't watch anything on it,keep telling me no network,even when I find my way,is always rolling without showing anything. You guys need to work on this update or better restore the previous one which is an excellent version.

This app is junk, imagine trying to watch your favorite show and there isn't any signal, when there is proper network connection 😔. That's just sad, so please there should be a system update to fix this issue. I don't want to be bias and just give the app 1 ⭐, but at least it deserves 3....for now
