The game is great in and of itself. Now why the two stars? Every time you open the app you must accept the TOS and privacy policy. Very weird. Playing is based on keys which regenerate every few minutes. You must either buy these keys or wait when you run out. I purchased some keys to get rid of ads which was 2.99. Not bad price for getting rid of ads, but I shouldn't have to wait on currency just to play the game, especially after making a purchase.

****UPDATE**** I've changed rating as customer support has contacted me and the token issue has been resolved. this is a great game but I've had a problem accessing the special event. contacted customer support and gone to chat again and now I can't even contact customer support the screen just goes back to the homepage. so it might be a good game but it has its flaws that can't get sorted.

Every time you open this app, you have to accept the terms and conditions. There are three "links." One for the terms and conditions, one for the privacy policy, and one to accept. The Accept link is the only one of the three that actually works. So, you have two choices: blindly accept the terms and conditions or don't play. Until this happened, it was a very good app.

I love playing this game, but I don't want to keeping coming out of pocket just to continue. It's not enough tokens to keep playing once you run out, unless you buy them or do surveys. Its a fun relaxing game, I just wish I didn't have to keep paying to play.

Game is fine, but lately the ads just open my internet browser without clicking anything or giving permission. Really sketchy it just opens to random websites that I don't know or trust.

Since the last update the game keeps closing and doesn't save progress of the puzzle I was doing. Have played this game for years and not happy right now.

Great game. That's why I gave it two stars instead of one!! App is great in the iOS world but is TERRIBLE ON DROID!!! Game continually crashes without saving progress, forcing user to repeat portions already solved. I think I'm going to have to UNINSTALL this dumpster fire. Do better

A little bit slow on my device. Not as optimized as the black and white version. Would like an option to turn off animations.
