Update: I was having VIP issues. customer service figured out the problem and were responsive to my questions. A little initial confusion because the initial set up was done incorrectly on one vehicle but they worked to get the problem solved! Then we had an app issue that was specific to my account but that too has been promptly corrected.

I downloaded and setup the app 4 days ago. Day one went smooth, everything worked as it should. Today (day 4) I go back to check and see if the app is tracking currently, and nothing. Everything is still the same as day one. I have refreshed many times to no avail. The app is up to date, so I am not sure what is wrong.

Love the app. However, after the latest Samsung update, the app opens & stays on the logo screen without ever moving on the map feature. My notifications still work, but I really need access to the map feature. Please help. Thanks.

This worked when I first got it right after purchasing my car. Haven't been able to use it for months, but now that I no longer live in a gated area I need it more than ever and can't login. There's no way online to login and no way to reset your password or anything. It needs fixed ASAP.

Junk you would think with a big company like mopar they would have a very detailed & up-to-date app. Not. I paid 800 for There tracking system On one of my vehicles and its not Live tracking as Advertised Layout of app is very Poor Very laggy when it uploads location of vehicle I would not recommend this product I would recommend free Life 360 For tracking very accurate, live & best of all its free

The app work great in the beginning...now when I access it, it just stays on the main screen...I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still experiencing the same issue please fix this issue

Purchased my vehicle in Canada 🇨🇦 and it tells me that the app is not available in my country. Love my vehicle like too be able to check on it, but no app. Too bad I can't rate it below one star.
