You TRY to open the app, and you wait. After several minutes (could be 10, could be 20) it may open. Or it may force you to login again. Then it will s l o w l y open a provider page, where you have to provide your cable information AGAIN. If it allows you in. The home page opens as dreadfully slowly as all the previous steps you've taken to get this far. When you finally select a movie, it buffers and buffers and buffers. I think once you go through all this it will play a movie.

This update removed the Collections category from the menu, so I'm now forced to seek the films I missed individually. I missed a whole night of Women Make Film while travelling, and the Collections option would've made catching up so easy! Also, for some reason, few of the films from that night are still available, even though ones shown the week before are. Don't even get me started on what TCM has done to their web site - no more reminders of next showings, & MANY more issues. Very sad....

I am not a subscriber and will not be. I used to have either cable or satellite (depending on where I lived) but chose to disconnect due to the CONSTANTLY increasing cost. Spending WELL over $100 per month to watch a grand total of three channels seems ridiculous. I get apps for only what I want and pay considerably less. As a result of no longer paying for satellite, I cannot use the TCM app. Paying for 135+ unused channels just to watch TCM well, it's just crazy. Sad, too. I do miss my movies.

THIS UPGRADE SUCKS!!!!!!! Where is the schedule?????? This app has just gone from my most used to one that I may as well delete. The old app finally stopped working so I reluctantly upgraded to the current version and I am so very sorry. After the stupid demise of the "Now Playing" print magazine, this app was my go to source for what's on TCM. But no more. Without instant access to the TCM schedule, I doubt I will watch as often. The app does have a "Watch Live" function, but it won't open!

Crashes a lot. Often won't let me watch anything but trailers and movie clips. When it works, I love it! But, it seems like once a month, always starting on the weekends, it goes poof! Constant error/retry message. This app has gotten worse and there is no way to contact Turner classic movies to let them know there are issues.

No schedule, just an ugly mess, miss the old app, search never works. Website as alternative never works, doesn't load anything either. Closed captions are a mess, when they work. This isn't what Osborne built. Doesn't work, nothing loads, Live just error. On once out of 50 tries a movie actually loads and plays, it always crashes. No one has hours to waste on trying to watch 85 min classics. Why change a near perfect app to this ugly thing?

Something wrong with it, doesn't seem to work on Android anymore - frozen deep. Worked well earlier. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still same. Keeps asking for cable provider every start (pointless for cable cutters). Fed in details many times, now I can't see Spectrum, my service provider. The list of premium cable SPs is blank, need to physically click each blank icon to find Spectrum. Logged in, now my watchlist is erased. Endless buffering while searching. Depleted content. Developer, help!

Used to be able to watch on ipad and Galaxy5s. Suddenly, all I get are "unknown error" except for the live feed. Too bad. It was a great app but they must have tinkered with it. Update 2019. Galaxy 7. Was working fine for a while but now cannot access the Diectv credentials (or any of the others as well.) Too bad.
