Right after update 09/29, app crashes every time i try to certify records, can't log out unless I certify records. So go figure. App needs always help with state and city location when changing status. So you have to get out off app, open google maps, find your location, open the app again, manually enter the state and city...etc Trailer licence always has to be manually entered too

For a few latest months Trackensure has been getting worse and worse: 2024 update. 4-5 hours lines on the phone. They say it's fixed, and tgen you wait again. Each time you call for support, they ask you if you work with Amazon, I never worked with amazon and never will, their rates are too high for the aggravatingly bad service they provide. I wish trackensure out of business. Putting my truck on a different eld. Glad I only have 1 truck so it's easy to dump this garbage company.

Biggest issue, is that when you stop the app doesn't switch automatically into on-duty or off-duty! It continues to record as you're driving, even when you don't! Most apps switch off driving mode automatically after 5 minutes of not driving!

Was close to the end of my eleven hour drive and stopped two minutes before my logbook ended, unfortunately the system crashed and restarting the app and re-loging in made me go three seconds over my eleven hour drive, they quickly sent me a violation and when I've called customer support they've said there's nothing they can do about it after asking for my Credit card or Debit card information over the phone.

Thank you for the Bluetooth fix now my other concern is first needs to have screen on while using the app needs to have night mode when it's night time instead of me manually going in and lowering the brightness on the on the Android device and please make shipping commodities make it easier to edit if you make a mistake instead of starting all over and one more thing on the Dvir why do I need to put trailer number and license plate every single day if I have same trailer attached

App offers no help or instructions, which is a law violation according to inspection officers. App doesn't have easy Adverse Conditions switch, requires you to stop to make status change where there's often no place to stop. Often having to enter state and city locations before the app will allow status change is cumbersome and potentially dangerous in emergency. The app should update location and programming without required user input. The support phone number given is blocking my call.

This new update sucks. Now every time you go off duty or on duty you have to type boL and destination during same shift plus the app disconnect from the device. Last version was working perfectly fine but once again you have to UNdated

After updating the app, I can not describe a change in my status, nor can I see my recap or make legal changes to the status. These systems are specifically designed to be impossible for drivers. All ELD systems are bad, and can only go against the driver in today's world of trucking.
