Very glitchy app. Doesn't track check-ins. Doesn't know my membership details. Always has a pop-up when I check in

The app connected to my account around a month after I started my membership, which was not ideal. Now that the app works though, its easy to use, fast, and very informative. The only improvement I could see is to make the check in barcode a little more obvious to find. Solid app once it works!

Wow they really updated it! There are so many new things added and the previous things on the older app have been updated. They are much easier to find and do ( such as the group classes are easier to navigate) they added picture progress, calories intake, steps, and a few other things.

I just removed two stars because 1. I'm tired of the "couldn't retrieve member details from ABC" message that I have to x out of every time I hit the membership barcode to scan into the gym 2. The app always defaults back to the home club in the "find a class" section, I have to hit "apply" twice EVERY time I open the app to see classes at more than one location. Why can't it stay locked in at the two clubs I want?

This app changed my password without my knowledge and when I try to get it to send a new link to change the password, I never get the email link. I have had to have the gym reinstall this junk app, twice now. I am up the third time being locked out of the app as of writing this. I will need to have the gym reinstall the app yet again since they are the only ones with the membership numbers that need to be entered too.

Physiq had been such a good gym. I very much enjoy the group classes that are offered like Zumba by Liliana Gallegos and Cardio Dance by Bethanie Gambardella. They are so much fun and very inviting!

Does not work. Will not let me sign in and when I ask it to reset my password I receive nothing in my email or spam folder. I cannot even access the gym that my membership is attached to because of this garbage app. Real nice making me pay for a gym membership I can't even use

There was nothing for me on the app since I'm not a premium member or higher. No reason for me to have the app then. Uninstalled. Can do anything I may need to do online.
