Do not use the tram, the buses to & around Nottingham are cheaper and more comfortable. The company NETGO is despicable and way overcharges on its fare. Not only that, but the customer relations team are unprofessional and rude. I was a paying customer with a long history of paying for the tram and forgot to pay once exhausted after a long day at work, I got fined £70 but was told to appeal. I regret the wasted time/effort because all three appeals were rejected and support was rude and untimely

A vast improvement over the previous archaic 3rd party app. This new app is a doddle to use - especially last minute at a tram stop. Anyone complaining about the absence of travel times, status, delays, etc., hasn't used the City Transport app as data on there is invariably inaccurate. Hardly a waste of a free download as it is extremely useful for quick and easy ticket purchases. Very pleased - I am more likely to use the tram now.

The app itself is okay and pretty easy to use. The service update feature however isn't always reliable. As for the tram, it's reliable when it works, terrible when it doesn't. Many times the trams are either broken down or faulty. The service is never running without some issues, even if it's just minor delays, and the replacement bus service is next to useless. The only upside is that it's cheap, and even then they try to increase the price, while the quality of the service decreases.

The service updates from notifications are never to be found when you open the app. The service updates are totally random and in no order. It can go from July, to last Friday, to June then back to 20th October. Its next to useless. The ticket buying and displays are very good however, not being able to see the updates is poor, especially if you don't use social media.

For what it's basically supposed to do the app works. You can buy tickets ahead of time and use them on the tram, good enough. The one really obvious thing it seems to be missing is up to date station times. I can't be the only one who has thought of or asked for this. It'd be a huge help as the service status doesn't always reflect what's actually happening and that information is available to the stations over a network so exposing it via the app would be amazing.

The app does its job and has been very useful for visiting friends who don't have travel cards. From a personal view. The RobinHood app no longer has timetables working. Maybe having this addition plus the local departure times added to the app would be good as no where else has this apart from the RobinHood app. This would make tram travel easier alongside buying the tickets.

I can't really understand the point of this app. No live tram times. No journey planner. Push notifications that are delayed. More detailed line issues from Twitter. So...just to buy a ticket when I can just use contactless at the platform? Oh and forced to register for an account too. 🙄 It's at least it looks clean (albeit very basic) and is easy enough to use, but I'll be uninstalling it now and requesting that my account is delated and it's pointless.

When it works it's fine. Problem is not only does it take a while to load up when it does its often useless, with none of the touch controls working, Futher if you buy a ticket it doesn't return you and open it, it leaves you at the purchase screen, a brilliant way to accidentally buy multiple tickets. The ntcx bus app works fine, idk why a tram app is so much harder to make than a bus app
