I was unable to connect my T10 earbuds. I didn't like that the registration asks for so much personal info. Since the app didn't work anyway, I requested to delete my account in the settings. Afterwards, I realized the registration page has a skip button. I accessed the app without registering or logging in and it connected to my headphones almost immediately. So if you're having trouble connecting, log out or delete your account. It appears that you can turn off touch controls in the app.

A bug filled app. It drops connection randomly. Most annoyingly the claim that touching one earphone for 3 seconds will turn off the power to both doesn't work. You have to remember to switch off both earphones and they often do not respond to touch. No info on what the white and blue lights mean. Pairing mentions a red/white flashing light but no red light. No way of telling if the earphones are on/off. I purchased my Tozo earphones October 2024 so they are current supported models, supposedly.

App loads quickly and has plenty of options for compatible earbuds. The bad reviews are from people who have older tozo esrbuds that aren't supported or current tozo earbuds that aren't supported. Tozo is pretty clear on which products have app support and which don't. However, the fact that they update their earbuds throws people off. For example the older Tozo T6, T10 and T12 they all won't work with the app. But newer BT5.3 versions work.

Not sure why this has such a negative reception. The app works perfectly fine, and the company straight up tells you which earphones work and which ones don't work. Seriously, people, did you not check the boxes you bought the earphones with?

I have 5 Tozo Products. The app can only show connections to two of them. I've tried everything from connecting/reconnecting the BT., Resetting the Tozo Products themselves (Factory Reset), and tried the Tozo app on different Cellphones. Tozo has Amazing, Great & Spectacular products, but their Tozo app is Horrible. Tozo T6, Tozo T10, Tozo HT2 * Connected, Tozo T20 * Connected & Tozo-NC2.

Does not connect to my T6. If older versions are not compatible it would be helpful to have some way to determine hardware revision.

Only 5 EQ presets for open buds!? 😞, even much cheaper models have more presets + custom EQ! Please add more EQ presets or at least custom EQ for the open buds! Then this app would be 5 stars! Thanks

Have to crank up sound on Samsung S20 to be able to hear it. Other earbuds I can comfortably hear at 1/3 volume. Tozo buds have to be a or near 100%
