I've used this for nearly 2 years and have had an overall great experience except for this week. I cannot see new visitors ip address, source or what items they are looking at. This option says check internet connection when I click on the new visitor. Clearly my internet connection is working. There must've been a recent update that I'm not happy with.

This app is not reliable. It auto logs you out all the time. Which means you miss visitors to your store. I literally have to put a reminder on my phone weekly to check. I'm a small website. I'm not getting people who need to chat constantly so it's unreliable. I have dozens of apps that stay logged in. *Update Dec 24, nothing has changed with the app. I checked the app due to my weekly reminder and my token was expired and I wasn't logged in. Did I miss messages? Who knows.

I've been using this app for almost a year now. It has always been a wonderful experience. But recently when I visit my site the chat widget will display and disappear. Hence no notification on my phone. Kindly fix this please. Thank you

Not working at all after the new update. How frustrating this app can get? Plus there's a constant notification stuck to my notifications bar from Smartsupp saying "support" and it doesn't even goes away. I prefer my notification bar to be clean. Fix this App

Smatsupp app is a very nice and well developed app with a lot of functions, it's allowed you to change profile, but I suddenly start having issues, its always log me out and I can't chat visitor when they are offline and I can't first chat with new visitors please look forward on this issue
