This is for both the Android version and the Fire TV version. App is looking good on both my phone and Fire TV and you almost had me buying the version for FTV but the exceptionally long hitches in the ui, the inability to rewind live TV and the (seemingly) lack of ability to delete recordings means this app isn't yet the replacement for Kodi/tvheadend addon combo yet. Saying that the playback of recordings and live TV works brilliantly and the guide works well... I'll be keeping an eye on this

Retried this app again. Developer was responsive to my queries. I have upgraded to TVHeadend version 4.3 in the hope it will pass-through HbbTV info to this app. Unfortunately HbbTV / Catch-up services is supported only for German broadcasts - according to the developer. So no support for HbbTV / Catch-up services for other regions with similar DVB-T2 broadcast standard.

The android phone app caused my phone to lock up and blackscreen in a loop, frozen and barely managed to restart my phone to uninstall it. TV version without the phone is garbage unusable its not standalone and you need to buy premium to watch all your channels ??? This model is terrible. Plus when i uninstalled the phone app the tv app on the xiaomi mi box s closed out of nowhere in any channel rigged bugged and unusable, sticking with kodi for this one just wasted my time here

Really like this app. Great that you get it Android and Android TV. Would like to have series record option and whe you delete a recording from the lost view it stays there until you close and open the list again. But other than that I would highly recommend this.

I've had a very good experience using the app. I put channel shortcuts on a TV homescreen and it works well. The next stage (as others have suggested) is to allow scheduling of recordings via its interface. Edit: as per the developer's comment you can indeed schedule recordings. I had assumed that the relevant button would create a program reminder rather than a recording.

It works, as opposed to TVHClient, VLC (log in from browser and copy stream link to VLC, that's how I normally use the TVHeadend on Windows and Linux) and a few other apps. The video isn't much more choppy than on desktop VLC, so any remaining choppiness probably results from weak Raspberry Pi I'm using as server or bad TV signal, and not the app.

works great. dont like the ads or the fact that it limits the number of channels unless you pay for the full version
