It's alright but not very effective. Lesson 1 just jumps straight to full phrases without explaining any grammatical structure, It's useful if you just want to memorize phrases, but not useful if you want to learn how to build sentences (for example, I, And, Is, why, This, That, etc) I need to know these words and how to use them, then I can add vocabulary later to make my own sentences. This app just teaches you to repeat things, you won't reach fluency like this.

Absolutely amazing app, and probably the best to learn Deutsch. Intuitive and responsive UI, rich content, sync between app and web, feedback from tutor (even notifications), and many more. All these features with top quality and completely FREE. Applause to the developers and everyone involved. I will use all apps of different levels from VHS.

Best langiage app I've come across. Gives you meaningful and real contexts to learn functional structures and vocabulary, which you immediately put in practice by using the four skills. There are no translation or meaningless exercises, which is really useful while learning a language in depth, even at the first stages. It could do with a couple more communicative exercises, but all in all, I love it.

Perfect! Except I'm not able to download the content for offline. It loads forever. Maybe you can indicate how much space each lesson needs and also show the progress bar when downloading. Edit: Able to download. It just somehow finished, when I later came back to the App. By the way, I really like the exercise! It's like how we learn at school.

I like this app a lot. I tried a lot of apps but this is by far the best. No annoying ads. Many units included. It doesn't annoyingly repeat everthing 100 times. It has writing listening reading. And tests. I saw the other levels too as apps and I downloaded all of them. Thank you. It helps a lot!

It's okay. It could be better. I would suggest starting with very simple lessons in the beginning and also providing English translation and pronunciation of German words in a pop-up when you tap them like Duolingo does. Sometimes in-between a lesson you forget what a word meant but there's no way to know what It means, you have to exit the app and go google it.

Edit: My bad, i didnt know the password will be sent to the email, as it didnt state so when registering. Please do, as you can see many others have the same problem. Original Review: Is this a joke or something? Tbh I wish i could give 0 stars. A very fake app,ot doesn't ask for password when registering but suddenly when you want to login, it asks for a password. The User interface and experience are both very terrible. I wish i could report this app.

The app is extremely useful and easy to learn. It really can be a start for your journey to learn German, you use all of the aspects of learning a language here (there are a wide variety of exercises for speaking, listening, writing and reading) you will learn new vocabularies continuously with grammars in a simple way.
