The app kicked me out and won't allow me to login even though I have all my credentials correct and have also created new accounts yet the app refuses to let me login and says there was a problem while logging in. Have been in contact with customer service and they also cant help me. Never had this problem before and have had this app for a few years and now because of this I have over 800 points that I can't use I'm extremely pissed! My wife's and friend's app doesn't work either, fix it now!!!

I don't understand why the app won't let me log in. I've had it for a couple years now and recently this year it logged me out and wouldn't allow me to log in. I've changed the password twice to see if that was the problem. It didn't allow me to use my email but also won't let me make a new profile. Yet my phone number is still active on the rewards.

When it works it's great. Haven't been able to log in for months now and their tech support is non reachable. Have left messages and emails and never got a response. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars. UPDATE: Not sure what was fixed, I still can't log in thru the phone app.

Won't allow log in using app even after multiple password resets and app reinstalls! Fix it now! Will be attending other theater's until this is fixed. Updated, app has finally been fixed and works, verifed with Pixel 7pro, OnePlus 8, and Samsung s22. Thanks for finally fixing it, took way too long!

Does the job it's meant for, buying tickets and points for rewards. It's probably due to the size of the theater where I live but it's annoying that you can't leave a space between you and another person. But otherwise the app works great

EDIT: 2 yrs later AND I'm still having the same issue. 4 days ago I reset the P/W just now I uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Every once in awhile this app logs me out and I have to TRY to log back in. Then I always end up resetting my password and still can't log in. It can be great and love this cinema company but the app needs some help. Also maybe because I'm on Android, because every time I try to use my point employees are surprised there's no QR code/ bar code like the Apple platform

The app is working for me again. However a note for others who may have issues. I had to manually enter my updated email and password. Using an autofill option like google passwords gave the same error.

Thanks you. Now I had an issue where the payment glitched and the page closed and when I went back in the app the same seats now show taken. Waited 20 min and they still showed taken.
