The app does not handle the loss of audio focus in Android, when it loses the audio focus, it can't recover. Secondly, if switching to live while listening to a archive program, the archive program is totally stopped. It should remember the last playback time in the archive, so that it can be resumed if needed.

Very poor apps. The program can't play neither forward or backward but the whole part without choice. Always disconnected and being forced to restart from the beginning. Always fail to complete playing fluently. Forced the audience to listen the old news before playing the music program. Waste of time!!!Cut it short,it's rubbish apps and it's design is totally unfriendly and very annoying.

The app doesn't work. The service is unreliable. Having checked I don't have data saver or energy saving settings switched on, the situation is the same. 4G or WiFi does notake a difference. Either the app, or the server, or both often have failures. Frustrating and disappointed.

The new app is extremely disappointing, you can't listen to same day archive show. When I click play on tuesday show, it played monday show. On sunday, I still can't hear the archive from friday. What is the point if updating the app that is not working. I can't believe I would say the old app is 100% better.

Works for live, but does not work for archive on the previous day. The program date and the program content is a day off, so I can't immediately listen to the latest archive until a day or two later. The previously version worked just fine, so please fix the issue!

The app works well. It's a bit tricky to navigate between the show screen with all the episodes or specific episode screen, but there are lots of features and 6 months archive. I wish there will be even more archive for the classic radio drama.

totally rubbish.. one star is too much. 1st, I live in mainland europe, it just cant load the repeat programs. 2nd, once it loads (if I am luck) it stops after few mins. 3rd, again if I am luck the program is up and running I cant fast forward, if I do, it frozen. who design this app? any knowledge of how?

Latest update is even worse than the last one, (at least l can listen to the reruns ). Most listed programs can't be open, saying that ongoing live broadcast, please try later....HK is a mess, RTHK mine is a mess. Why an official government station app has so many bugs.
