The app dies what it should and is well structured. Unfortunately no English option for those who don't speak Slovak.

Help chat full of bugs, ENTER sometimes send message and sometimes goes to new line. If you switch from chat to scan ID, chat session is auto terminated. Same light condition, position and camera yet back of ID is ok and front always throws error - repeat. Process is not streamlined for web only operator and basically you are left with only one option: fill out the form so they can send you SIM via courier service. That is not "online only" unless pizza ordering is in the same category.

It automatically selected and activated the most expensive plan a month before I even had the chance to start using the sim card. There was no warning before the payment went through, and now the whole month was wasted with 0 calls and data spent.

Not possible to sign up for a service. Registration keeps failing. Hours invested in trying to resolve this through chat - no results. No one knows what is the issue, no one competent to help. Shame for all the time wasted trying to order a simple prepaid SIM. Radost? More like Utrpenie. Diky za nic. @Ivan, I am so "thankful" you are suggesting a solution, none of your colleagues have ever come up with. If it was this simple I think in 3 weeks we would have solved it? Just sad.

I've got sim-card after Phone call from O2. When I was trying to register first time I have to choose "request for a new sim" instead of "I've already got sim-card". Not obvious at all. Since that I try chat with support 4 times, i reinstall application 3 times. And I still wait for sms to activate my SIM-card. Useless.

Promised delivery time is basically a magically made up number, actuall delivery 7+ work days, with very limited information about it, every time you contact support they say in 2 days max, but I've heard this for the third time yesterday. Incompetent as one can be, thx radosť. I hope at least the sim activation is somewhat better, because i am surprised I didn't suffer a brain aneurysm thus far from all of the good work...

I was unsure how to start using their service. I was able to make contact with them through messaging, and extra kudos for the folks, because I could do that in foreign language (English).
