Update 9.22.2024 The App works fine now after some updates. Thank you ....(previous post - I installed and uninstalled the app 3x, as it does not allow me to get an OTP for a forgot password issue. What happened Toyota, no more IT support for this app? When will you fix this unusable app?)

Booked my free PMS for 15k km check up via this app since a month ago for today. But upon arriving, the advisor Mr.Ericson Martinez said my free PMS expired yesterday. I asked why the app accepted my PMS appointment even if it's beyond the "expiry date". It should've rejected it in the first place. He couldn't provide an adequate explanation. So if you're availing your free PMS, call your Service Center instead, which overall makes the app pointless to begin with, unless they improve the system
