Really clueless as to how this latest version can be an official release. I'm no goon in IT. But this is absurd. 1. Please allow files transferred to be open in album. It's empty. So even if you've downloaded it, it's empty. 2. Doesn't allow me to edit files on the editor. States preview error. Confirm. Confirm what?! Can't see any videos at all. 3. You have to Connect twice to even see live video of the equipment. Else it's just black. Please do something. My sj360 videos just can't edit!

Bought an m20 4k camera, comes with a lot of stuff. The app is responsive no lagg in app, video feed has a delay it is 1s offset but good enough with a stable connection. Setting up and preparing is simple. Sadly there is barely manual settings like ISO, shutter speed. But for a budget camera witha good working app. I honestly cannot say that this is bad value. Recommended.

Older software I could connect to wifi camera mode no problem, no questions asked. Now the new version wants me to login, allow permission la to my files, get my location, all sorts of nonsense. Why they want all my info now. Is this soyware? Seems like a bait and switch.

The app never saves the connection to the camera, always have to connect again using the QR code. That's ridiculous. But otherwise the app works ok with the video cam

The only 4k cameras I've ever seen that show no more detail in 4k than in 2k. App wants planning permission to build a granny flat on the side of my house just to connect to a camera. These 5 star reviews sure seem legit...real genuine sounding...not bots at all.

I have terrible connection with my c110+, which the video feed looks stuttering. This makes the handling hard just to align the video with the road. Nonetheless, the video quality is not affected. btw I'm using pixel 6. If the team read my review, please help me to resolve this problems

The SJ10 Pro has been a powerful camera in my experience; the color is not exagerated and has decent stabilization for its price. Transfering the files using this app has been inconsistently bad; the app initially allows me to transfer media from the camera, but for these couple of months, the camera is crashing whenever I'm attempting to access the media via the app. Wireless recording and capturing works, but it does not allow me to transfer media.
