MyCoast allows anybody to quickly submit photos of coastal events, such as storm damage or king tides, to state agencies. Use our app to snap a photo, pinpoint your location and upload it to the mycoast.org server.MyCoast is used by participating US states to track a number of types of events including storm damage, abandoned boats, beach clean-up programs, king tides and nuisance flooding.

Good concept but there seems to be no way to create a report if you are not physically located at the beach at present. Hopefully it will pop up with adopt-a-beach options once I return to the coast, but I see no instructions whatsoever.

You cannot select tne area from which you would like to get tides... I want locations in Washington State, but all I can gey is California tides. I tried the site help, but they couldn't help. So, goodbye.
