Useless notifications. Annoying AI bot. It is incredibly annoying that you get notifications to pay rent when you have 3 months worth of credit of rent on your account. Also trying to get to a human through the app is freaking impossible. The answers that the AI chatbot provides sometimes conflicts with the information that you get from the staff once you get through to them. I really hate the company as they've been horrible property Management and I really hate their app. Avoid both!

This is not a reflection on the property management, I've had nothing but good experiences with them, but their whole system is dependent on this app, and this app is terrible. Freezes often, scrolling is bugged, cant click some buttons, and now the app simply wont open for the past few days, not sure how I'm supposed to pay my rent...please get a new software developer.

Only half the time does this app open and work like its supposed to. May need to work out the bugs and send out a new update. When I go to input my password it shuts the app down on me and won't allow me to login. I do love that there isn't a fee for the debit card payment, but when I pay my rent there always shows a $0 balance owing so I just have to remember what my full rent payment is every month.

This app is SUCH a pain. The last update put some of the most important communication buttons under the back/space/window keys on the phone screen, so it's an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to communicate through it. Now they've added a REALLY useful option for rent payments, but the app isn't updated to access it. Maybe someday...

App deserves the 1 star because it's very easy to make your rent payments on it. Other than that, forget about putting in a service request. They'll give you the hardest time. I wish I would know if it's just my property and anyone else having issues putting in service requests. Not sure if it's same people that respond for any property. They will respond, not saying they won't. Issue is they will not get service done. I've been without a refrigerator for 5 days now. Very frustrating!!!😠

When I first moved in January the app worked fine but for about 2 months maybe 3 months now, the app will ask me for login and password which I provide then it accepts it and then backs out and shuts down. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still same problem. Fix this issue and itll be 5 stars. I use this app to pay my rent and submit maintenance requests and since this error, I have been unable to use the app for anything.

It's mostly convenient unless you need to soak to someone directly. Also nice that you can pay from the app, but if there are any discrepancies you cannot alter the payment amounton any way which is also frustrating. Other than that the app is pretty convenient

App used to open fine after user n password input but all that happens is that it goes to main screen and closes. Android 10 note 9. No problem before latest update. Had to use an iphone of family member to log in and use app to pay my rent or risk being late today. Uninstalled, reinstalled app did same thing.
