I like the clean look, though it doesn't come across as friendly as the previous app my son's school used. It doesn't waste a lot of space, but I'm not able to click on any notifications in order to see more info, though I'm not sure if that's something necessary as I've only received a few short notifications. One thing I don't like is that there's nowhere for me to see the menu or check on what he's eating. Just says "breakfast all" but idk if it's something the teachers are able to do or not.

It does the basics, but there a couple issues that have really bothered me over time. The biggest issue is that the app often gets so slow when I'm typing a message that I have to draft the message in another app and copy it in. The second issue is less of a big deal, but it's also annoying: I have to download pictures to zoom in.

Latest update broke photo and video download. Contacted them, no fix after 2 weeks. Not even revert back until a fix is found.

Can't put bank account payment in, app just shows loading symbol. The suggestion their tech support gives is to update the app (it is) or log in on the computer. Really inconvenient and frustrating after trying for 4 days to use their app as an app. We used Brightwheel previously, and it was much better from the parent perspective.

The app makes what should be simple task difficult. Cant add a personal account without using third and fourth party partners. They charge exorbitant fees for credit card and bank payments. In settings the option for notifications is not effective and doesn't adjust the amount you receive.

Not understanding the reviews, this app and program has been amazing using it with over 100ppl, small issues that have been fixed quickly. Very easy to use! Has helped get information to all of our parents for all of our programs.

So far so good. Just started using the app this week. I like the interface. Chat groups are nice. One feature I miss from my previous app is notifications for kids getting checked in or out. Please add this feature to the app.

I receive over 50 notifications and updates a day while logged on my parent account(different email from work)and NONE are for my child. Always get a different excuse for it but it never gets fixed. It makes one wonder who else has access to your child's info and pictures. I love all my students but as a parent I don't understand why a non-guardian gets updates for someone else's child. It takes a long time to process/register sign in and sign out
