App itself is very good. While drawing, for rapid estimates, It calculates on the fly with each finger lift so u get to c the area involved AS U DRAW (not just at the end: I like this very much: I'm not sure why). Alternately, the "tap to enter a point" option ("hand" as it is called), is very precise. I think unless u use app a lot, the subscription price is kind of high, but it's a solid app & nicely done & U do have several different subscription options & if only an occasional user, ads r ok

Can't set points, can't draw straight lines, the custom path drawing is way too cumbersome, can't lock the view so the map doesn't move in order to draw lines that I can't find anyway! Uninstalling this app. Only one saving grace, is the numbers readout at the top which is what I was looking for in this kind of app.

Works off line and is my most preferred land measurements apps after having tried many different ones. It is able to change measurements from different units according to one's preferences and has the ability to store different areas measured. The app is also accurate in the measurements.

Need to work in backgtoung to get 5 stars. I authorized apps to work in bckdrnd. The result is almost 100% exact. Best accuracy. Now you lost 2 stars because the app cannot give an answer about the area as before. Still zero.

Its well and nice for me in area calculating easily by this app. Iam also saying about this app working . If its work in offline mode also then very useful to everyone and have to develop in its working function while using in online that it's in taking lately while we measuring the area and stopping for seconds after when we stopped.

It even has an option to show other area calculator apps on store. Developers are confident about their work and it's logical since it is very good.

Hmm well it seemed to work for a minute, then the draw function wouldn't work, then I gave up as it was too finicky and saw 5 ads within a few minutes of tinkering.

measured area and compared against Garmin GPS....this app was totally wrong! Deleted from my device Got feedback from developer who said my Location3 staying should be on and my Google play should be on for his app to work properly.....They were/are on...... better apps out there
