What happened to the app? I've been using this app for well over a year now, it's so disheartening to see and experience the insane decline in the app's quality and performance. It takes the app forever to load, and adding items in the cart is a whole ordeal itself. Giving it 2 stars because it used to be great, with a very helpful and responsive customer support. Whoever's responsible for managing the app should seriously fix it.

Just gets stuck on one screen, shows loading and loading. Maybe it wants me to wait till the end of the world. Have raised with support team a few times, no response apart from uninstall and reintall. But it still doesn't work. I can't book appointments and moved to other healthcare providers.

The slowest of the slowest, at first I was thinking something must definitely be wrong with my phone, but guess what? This app is extremely annoying. It takes forever to load if you add item into the basket, and checking out is a war on it own. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Terrible Experience... Health Ignored! I used the Aster app to urgently order a nebulizer, crucial for respiratory issues, recommended by my doctor. Despite showing express delivery, it was delayed. Customer support informed me it’d still take 1-2 days, disregarding the urgency. This app clearly doesn’t prioritize health needs. If you care about your health or loved ones, avoid this app. Very disappointed and will be sharing this poor experience widely. First and last time using Aster.

The App is terribly slow , it loads and takes ages every time you click on something . Also last time I ordered probiotics and they were delivered boiling hot. I hope they've learnt to use cool bags especially with medicines and pharmacy items. Orders take a long time when stock from their warehouse and driver has many orders to deliver so you can be sure your medicines will be in the heat for 3 hours or more. Still no improvement...

Very bad app..Service is not good...Medicines takes too long to deliver. Medicines which I ordered in morning didn't receive yet and suddenly it shows order will be delivered next day..Medicines are supposed to be delivered faster ..How can they be irresponsible?..I tried to call customer service many times and lines are too busy..Even when I chat them,it mentioned they will reply after 48 hrs.. I can't even cancel order and ask for refund.I request everyone to avoid ordering this app.

It was working as per expectation for appointments earlier. Now for few months, last stage of appointment booking go to the screen shows 'profile error'. Repeated call and mail to CC team doesn't made improvement.

You guys need to seriously work on the application performance, patient is dying to get an appointment and have to sleep for 15 minutes for application to respond upon every click... I really doubt the capabilities of the people who developed this never working application. Unfortunately thats the only way to book appointment and we are never able to cotact the clinic directly. Have to wait on the customer support call for ages and they tell you to wait and clinic will give you a call back.
