While this 'Device Help' app offers many grat features, the "troubleshooting" part is USELESS!! I have tried and tried to troubleshoot my problem-repeated notifications that my software has "severe update issues", despite being, "up-to-date. The "chat assistant" recognizes only certain terms. I have been unable to connect with a HUMAN, to circumvent the aforementioned AI assistant. Also, data won't open in messaging like normal. I checked all settings. Chat, again, is no help. I hate it.

I'm not convinced or confident AT&T cares anything about my phone or service. It's just a scan of my data and collection for its sale. Which given its substandard service, no better now than 25 years ago. Their commitment and values differ from mine. Quality, standards, commitment ect. I would not suggest this Network, company or its brand to anyone I respect, like, or love.

I do not like how all the apps,are one my screens, and you can't even put them how you want them. I like the other version better. I had the apps that I wanted up front on all the 5 or 5 pages and the ones I nearly used on the back pages Whats going on with all this apps everywhere and being unable to move them?

it can't figure out why I'm getting floating messages on my screen for exactly 90 seconds before they disappear, these R system messages not installed 3rd-party apps messages Samsung or Google mgs, telling me how google speech2txt works mgs.other apps if an error. floating mgs I've timed it takes exactly 90 sec's before it disappears, I have already restarted my phone it removes the mgs that hovers on screen In under 90 seconds. it is faster but inconvenient!!!

I ❤️ the AT&T app!!! You can literally solve any issue or do almost anything you would ever need to do right here in the app. You can shop, pay your bill, troubleshoot, etc... Everything is set up nice and convenient and it's very easy to use.

I am a 100% fan of this app. If I have a problem, it's solved by just running a test on my device. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and it's the original since it was 1st introduced on the market. This app has kept my cell in perfect working order. It takes very little time & is well worth the download. 5-⭐'s!
