Wouldn't recommend. Booked a taxi through the app, driver let someone else get into it and charged me. When he eventually came back he denied it even though I have video footage and refused to take me home or to refund. Contacted elton next day who totally ignored my complaint. Even though if they had confirmed my address the other person could of been took there. Unsafe and awful customer service. Use uber

absolutely horrendous service. pre booked taxis never turn up in time. Multiple different numbers will text to say your taxi is on it's way each time with a different car? And then you get a text to say the car has arrived but there's no car and when I phoned 5 minutes later the guy told me a completely different car was on it's way? well hang on then how come another car said he'd arrived to pick me up 5 minutes ago? Need to sort out the service here!

Authorises your card for the journey then declines it when you arrive. Then charges you double fare when they have to take you to the ATM due to the incompetence of the drivers / systems not authenticating card payments. Even though I had to authorise on my banking app before it got booked!! AVOID, YOUR BETTER OFF WALKING.

If a car is available it's fine, however if for any reason you have to wait then the app will state there is a 3 minute wait time even if there are no cars in your area and they all booked. This has happened to me more than once now and I have had to cancel the booking.

It's OK for ordering and paying for your taxi, but getting text messages 1 hour after your journey is quite annoying not 1 but 3! , why do I need to know 1 hour after my journey that the taxi arrived? This one will sound petty but drivers that sit there talking on their phones whilst driving is so unprofessional and unsafe. On the verge of uninstalling and using another supplier!!!!! Unprofessional and annoying. Company need to sort their systems and standards!!!!!!
