This app has been constantly having issues lately. Weather I am trying to check in, or reschedule appointments, or open a virtual video appointment. It's either crashing, saying the page can not be found, or that it can't find the correct IP address. It won't load my messages or letters either. It's becoming impossible to communicate with my doctors and their office staff. I wind up having to wait on hold on the phone for something I should have been able to solve with 3 clicks.

a way to stay in contact with drs, with no hold time, lol, schedule appointments, request refills, and even check-in the facility, at your appointment time. Great app!!

The app itself is not bad, just a bit more complicated than I would like. It is only as good as it is maintained. The only use I have is for viewing labs and test results and appointments scheduled. data on history, meds, and appt summaries are dependent on the doctors' and hospital's diligence which seems a bit lax. Perhaps the app is too much for them to keep up with. I find it is better than others' medical apps but I think users from both sides lack the training or interest to use it fully.

The app especially the message section needs work. The screen needs to scroll when typing on Android. You need enable the soft keyboard mode to pan or resize. On Android the keyboard blocks the view of the message box when typing a message and it's bad user experience. I have to minimize the keyboard constantly in order to see what I typed. Fix the android soft keyboard mode.

I doodle fluffin' LOVE this app. It makes communicating with my providers so much easier!! Plus, I have access to test results, appointment reminders, after-care summaries, and so much more!! Definitely a ☆☆☆☆☆ keeper!!

This app works well...when it wants to. For approx 3 days I have text messages telling me I have new test results.b when I open the app, those results are AWOL. I really want to see all of my test results. Please help...thanks.

I use the app, but I'm not thrilled with it. I have it installed on my Samsung S24+ phone. I can usually get into the app once a day with biometric settings. After I get out of the app, i can't get it to open again unless I reboot my phone. Dies not matter if I click on the app icon, or follow an email link to the app.

Update 12-11-2024. App is now responsive although does drag when navigating. Developers are aware and looking into it. Latest forced update on Android will not allow any functions to open inside app, i.e. lab results, messages, appts., etc
